Feed and Grow: Fish

Feed and Grow: Fish: Ocean Survival, But Make It Wild

Dive headfirst into Feed and Grow: Fish, a game that honestly feels like someone mashed up a nature doc with the hunger games and then just... let you loose in the ocean. You're not just a fish you're a fish with ambition. Wanna be the top shark? Go for it. More into prehistoric sea monsters? That's on the menu, too. Every creature's got its own vibe and playstyle, so you're never bored (unless you're a sardine, then... sorry, buddy).

How It Plays And What'll Probably Annoy You

The controls? Dead simple. Move your fish with the mouse, swim forward and back with W and S. Not exactly rocket science. Every fish feels a bit different, and you'll definitely notice when you're the snack versus when you're the one serving up dinner. There's a kind of charm to it, learning which critters you can bully and which ones will ruin your day.

But here's the kicker don't expect your progress to stick around. No saving. You level up as you play, but as soon as you close the game, poof, it's gone. Oh, and as your fish gets beefier? You slow down. Like, a lot. Turns out being a chunky fish is only fun for so long before you're basically an underwater blimp.

Tech Stuff & What Else Is Out There

This thing runs on anything newer than windows 7 or on your iPhone/iPad if you're more of a mobile gamer. Four gigs of RAM will get you started, but if you don't want the game to stutter like it's allergic to graphics, go with eight. It's still in early access, so yeah, expect a few bugs. Sometimes your fish just glitches out, or the game crashes and you're left staring at your desktop, questioning your life choices.

  • ARK: Survival Evolved: Basically Minecraft, but with dinosaurs and way more stress. Build bases, tame T Rexes, try not to die every five seconds. Looks great, but your pc might cry.
  • The Isle: You're a dinosaur. Everything's out to get you. Welcome to the food chain, pal. This one's got more edge and features, if you find Feed and Grow: Fish a bit too chill.

Should You Even Bother?

If you're all about survival games and messing around in the ocean, Feed and Grow: Fish is honestly a blast quirky, easy to pick up, and doesn't need a NASA supercomputer to run (usually). Sure, some parts are rough, but the fun outweighs the glitches. If you want something hardcore, you might wanna check out those other games, but for laid back fishy chaos? This one's a winner.
