ArgoUML is basically that trusty Swiss Army knife you never actually bought except this one's free and won't poke a hole in your pocket. It's open source, runs anywhere Java crawls (which is... pretty much everywhere), and actually supports a bunch of languages. Ten, to be exact. Unless you speak Klingon, you're probably good.
