Xenoids
Ever woken up from a nap and felt like something was off? Well, in Xenoids, you wake up from cryo sleep to a full blown nightmare. The spaceship you're on the Ark 5 is eerily empty. No crew, no friendly faces. Just you, the flickering lights, and the unsettling feeling that you’re not alone. Oh, and there are aliens. Not the cute kind.
This isn’t your typical run and gun shooter. Xenoids leans hard into survival horror, wrapping you in a thick sci fi atmosphere that’ll have you checking over your shoulder IRL. The ship’s dark, claustrophobic corridors are packed with tension every hum of the engine, every distant scrape could mean trouble. You’ve got two ways to face the terror: dive into the Story mode and uncover what went wrong on the Ark 5, or test your grit in Survival mode, where it’s just you versus an endless wave of extraterrestrial nasties.
What really stands out is how the game makes you work for survival. You’ll scramble for resources, craft tools and weapons, and if you’re smart team up with friends in co op mode. Because let’s be real, everything’s scarier alone. But a quick heads up: Xenoids doesn’t pull punches. The violence is graphic, the themes are mature, and it’s definitely not for the faint of heart. If you’re into atmospheric horror that makes you think (and maybe scream a little), this one’s worth a look.
