WinUSB Maker, developed by Joshua Cell Creative, is a free utility designed to transform USB storage devices into bootable media. This tool allows users to create a bootable USB not only from ISO files but also from other folders containing Windows installation files. Essentially, it automates the process of making any removable storage device bootable using Windows Setup. As implied by its name, WinUSB Maker converts a USB device into a WinUSB system via a USB connection. While drivers are not necessary for its operation on Windows, installing them can enhance both speed and reliability.

The utility is equipped with various applications to expand its functionality beyond just creating bootable USBs. These include a startup manager, LiveArea, a virtual keyboard, a printer driver, an advanced task manager, a browser, and tools for managing power and volume controls. These features ensure that the USB device remains fully operational even when not connected to a Windows PC.

To get started with WinUSB Maker, you'll need to download the "WinUSB" software, which is available for free with Windows, and install it on your computer.
