Silver Creek is packed with contaminated zones that require special filters to explore. These high risk areas are where you’ll find the best gear, but they’re also crawling with danger. It’s a constant balance between risk and reward, and it makes every match feel tense and unpredictable.

The story puts you in the shoes of a Division agent sent to investigate Silver Creek, a rural American town that’s seen better days. Teaming up with fellow agent Mackenzie Reed, you’ll work to rebuild your Base of Operations which also serves as your hub between missions. It’s where you gear up, plan your next move, and hopefully, come back to after a successful run.

You’ve got three classes to pick from: Medic, Weapons Expert, and Survivalist. Each brings something unique to the table, whether it’s healing your squad, dealing heavy damage, or surviving the harsh conditions of Silver Creek. During the day, you’ll scavenge for supplies, but when night falls, things get real. That’s when the true PvEvP chaos begins, and you’ll need to rely on your team to make it through.

As you complete missions, you’ll unlock new areas of the map, upgrade your base, and gain access to more abilities. And with cross play and cross progression, you can squad up with friends no matter what platform they’re on. Customization is a big part of the game too you can tweak your agent’s gear, skills, and even their go bag to fit your playstyle.

Even though The Division Heartland is still in development and running closed beta tests, it’s already showing a ton of promise. If you’re into tactical shooters with a survival twist, this is one game you won’t want to miss.
