For its time, STAR WARS Starfighter was a visual treat. The graphics pushed the limits of sixth generation consoles, with detailed ship models, vibrant space environments, and explosive effects that still hold up today. The art direction nails that classic Star Wars feel whether you’re flying over desert planets or weaving through asteroid fields, it’s easy to get lost in the atmosphere.

One thing to note: the base game is strictly single player. If you want to battle it out with friends, you’ll need the special edition version, which added multiplayer modes. But don’t let that stop you the campaign is where STAR WARS Starfighter truly shines. What starts as three separate storylines gradually intertwines into one cohesive, engaging narrative that keeps you hooked mission after mission.
