PrintFolder
If you're a Windows user, you've probably come across various built in tools, but Print Folder Pro might be one you haven't explored yet. At first glance, it can seem a bit overwhelming especially if you're used to other folder management apps. While it shares some similarities with other programs, Print Folder Pro stands out by letting you create and customize as many folders as you want for printing purposes. But don't worry if it feels confusing at first; I'm here to walk you through how to set it up so you can access your print folders quickly, no matter which version of Windows you're using.
To get started, open Windows Explorer by clicking the Start button in the bottom left corner of your screen. Once you're in, look for a folder icon that resembles the one you see when you open the Start menu. Double click it to access the Print Folder, which is tucked away in Windows Explorer's sub menu. By default, this tool usually opens in the Program Files directory, but if you want to use it elsewhere, just head to the file menu, type in your desired folder name, and hit Browse to open the sub menu for that location. From there, you'll see a range of options to tweak your print folders to your liking.
Another quick way to open Print Folder Pro is by right clicking its icon on the far right side of your desktop. This will bring up a pop up window where you can click Continue to start customizing. If you ever need to lock a folder to prevent changes, just hit the Stop button this marks it as unusable until you decide to edit it again. It's a handy feature for keeping your frequently used print folders exactly how you want them.
