Ever heard of Peeb Adventures? It’s this super fun, retro style 3D adventure game demo created by John Ellis who a lot of folks know as Johnny. In the game, you play as Peeb, a quirky little character who’s been tossed into the back end code of a glitchy video game. Your mission? Help him escape by solving puzzles, dodging obstacles, and exploring a world that’s equal parts weird and wonderful.

Even though the full game isn’t out just yet, the demo beta is totally playable and packed with charm. It’s got that nostalgic feel of classic platformers but with its own unique twist. The art is colorful, the characters are full of personality, and there are bananas everywhere yes, bananas! Apparently, Peeb’s main job is to find a crown and bring it back to the monkey king. Because why not?

If you’ve ever played Super Mario 64, you’ll feel right at home here. The controls are smooth, the movement feels natural, and there’s even a grappling hook to help you swing and climb past tricky spots. Oh, and there’s a look alike buddy who pops up now and then to give you hints. Super handy when you’re stuck!

One of the coolest things about Peeb Adventures is the music. It’s got this upbeat, Banjo Kazooie vibe that just pulls you deeper into the adventure. No boring moments here the soundtrack keeps the energy high while you run, jump, and explore.

Speaking of controls, you can play with either a keyboard and mouse or an Xbox controller. Left click or left trigger to use your grapple, ‘E’ or ‘X’ to interact stuff like that. It might take a minute to get used to, but once you do, it all clicks into place.

All in all, Peeb Adventures is a lighthearted, clever little game that’s perfect for players of all ages. Whether you’re hunting for Easter eggs, laughing at the silly dialogue, or just vibing with the music, there’s something here for everyone.
