OpenEXR

These made it possible to keep file sizes manageable without sacrificing quality a huge deal when working on projects with thousands of high resolution frames. With the release of OpenEXR 2.0, features like deep data storage and multi part files made it even more versatile, cementing its place as the go to format for high end imaging.
