Last Man Standing

If you're into games where blending in is just as important as taking people out, then Last Man Standing might be your next obsession. It’s a battle royale, but not like the ones you’re used to. Instead of dropping onto an island with a hundred other players, you’re thrown into a crowd of lookalike NPCs and the real players are hiding among them, waiting to strike.

Think of it like a game of digital hide and seek with deadly consequences. Your mission? Be the last one standing by hunting down the other players before they get you. But here’s the twist: everyone looks identical. The harmless NPCs wandering around are all clones white human shaped figures with no distinct features. Your enemies are mixed in, trying to act like bots while secretly plotting your demise.

This is where Last Man Standing gets clever. It’s not just about reflexes it’s about observation, patience, and a little bit of psychological trickery. You have to pay close attention to movement patterns, subtle tells, and anything that seems even slightly off. The developer made sure that pretending to be an NPC isn’t easy, so players have to be smart and deliberate with their actions.

Right now, the game supports up to 15 real players and lets you fill the world with as many as 64 NPCs to make the hunt more challenging. There’s no official server browser yet, so you’ll need to connect via IP to play with friends a little old school, but it works.

Graphically, Last Man Standing is still rough around the edges. It’s in early development, so don’t expect flashy visuals. The map is small, the buildings are simple blocks, and the characters are as basic as they come. There’s no character customization which actually fits the gameplay but combat is limited to punching, so it could use more variety in takedowns.

Even with its current limitations, there’s something really compelling about Last Man Standing. The concept is fresh, tense, and full of potential. Sure, it’s buggy and barebones right now, but if the devs polish it up and expand on the idea, this could become a standout in the crowded battle royale genre. Definitely one to keep an eye on.
