IP Locator
Ever needed to quickly find out where an IP address is coming from? Maybe you're troubleshooting a network issue or just curious about a server's location. IP Locator is a super user friendly tool that makes it easy for anyone even if you're not tech savvy to get detailed information about any IP address. With just a few clicks, you can uncover the country or region, the IP range, the Internet Service Provider (ISP), and even contact details like email or phone numbers. It’s fast, accurate, and incredibly handy for everyday use.
To use IP Locator on Windows 10, open the command prompt and type "uci query" followed by the IP address and region you're interested in. For example, if you want to check IPs in Europe, just enter "uci eu". The tool will then generate a list of servers located in that region, giving you clear and organized results in no time. It’s that straightforward!
But IP Locator isn’t the only helpful tool out there. I also love using the free Windows Network Diagnostic tool, which you can download directly from Microsoft’s website. Once installed, open the program, click on "Network Diagnostic" from the left menu, and then hit "OS Status". This will show you all your active or failed network connections. Clicking "ios" (which might be a typo often it’s "IOS" for devices or interfaces) displays every device connected to your computer, like printers, keyboards, monitors, and Wi Fi adapters. It’s a great way to keep an eye on your network health and connected gadgets.
