The developer, Kcoppersmith, has put serious effort into optimizing this game for Windows Phone 8. They’ve added a brand new prologue complete with eerie audio clips that pull you right into the unsettling atmosphere of Erie. One of the coolest new features? You can use your phone’s camera to bring parts of the game into your actual surroundings it’s trippy and totally fresh.

Sure, you might be familiar with the classic horror tropes spooky baby cries, random creepy sounds, blood filled bathrooms but Erie Scrapper on Windows Phone introduces something you haven’t seen before. The game now includes the Erie Scrapper character, putting you in the driver's seat of a murder mystery where every decision matters.

You play as the Scrapper, digging through clues, solving puzzles, and interacting with other characters using Kcoppersmith’s intuitive Kcoon system a simple but effective save/load/continue mechanic that keeps the story flowing smoothly. Right now, it’s easily one of the top titles available on Windows Phone, and if this is any indication of what’s coming, we can expect even more great stuff from Kcoppersmith down the line.
