If you're a fan of the Five Nights at Freddy's universe and love a good challenge, then A Bite at Freddys is a free indie game you won't want to miss. Created by developer Garrett McKay, this point and click survival experience takes inspiration from the iconic horror franchise but carves out its own unique identity. You step into the shoes of Edward Bratch, a night shift security and maintenance worker at Freddy Fazbear's Grill, where your job is anything but ordinary. From fixing broken equipment to keeping the office secure and making sure orders go out without a hitch, every moment is packed with tension.

But it’s not all routine maintenance once the animatronics come to life, things get intense. The Talkshow Animatronics are the main threat here, and they use the food delivery system to creep their way toward your office. It’s a clever twist that keeps you constantly on edge, forcing you to multitask and think on your feet. The gameplay ramps up nicely, throwing tougher challenges at you as the night goes on. That said, A Bite at Freddys is a relatively short experience. Most players can finish it in under half an hour, and while the story is engaging and the atmosphere pulls you in, there's not a ton of reason to go back for more once you've beaten it. Still, for a free fan made game, it’s a fun, bite sized thrill that’s well worth trying.
